STEVE MELILLO

Steve Melillo opened the Garden Grove On The Rocks Bar & Grill in 2010. His vision for the restaurant was to create an energetic, fun atmosphere for family and friends to get together and enjoy great food, sports and live entertainment.  Steve Melillo has grown the business from one location to three locations, Garden Grove, Long Beach and Newport Beach.  Since opening On The Rocks in 2010, Steve Melillo has also maintained a successful General Contracting Business that focuses on difficult hillside and subterranean concrete as well as custom home development projects with his brother Dan Melillo.
